BalanceFrom3mm Thick High Density Anti-Tear Exercise Yoga Mat with Optional Yoga Blocks

Bought this when I went through my yearly "I'm going to work out" phase. Rolls up super small and stays rolled without a band to store in corner. Definitely very thin but still has a little cushion and sticks well to hardwood floors. It is very flexible and the finish is not quite fully matte. I have had other mats that definitely feel more "quality" in density and texture but this one does the job for a good price. FYI, I'm not sure what a standard size mat is but this is also pretty narrow.

I bought these mats to help my elderly dog get better traction on our wood floors when getting out of her beds. It’s a standard yoga mat size, light weight and easy to move. It does shift easily when our Roomba runs over it, but not a huge issue for us. The edges took a while to lay flat and needed some weight added to them but flattened out after a couple of days.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a light mat that would not take up much space when folded and put away. The mat came with two blocks for a great price! My purchase came w/ a 2 year warranty and a personal note from the company, which was a great final touch!Thanks!

First of all, I already have two good yoga/pilates mats and just wanted a really inexpensive one for my office/travel. SO my main interest was price above all. And this mat fits the bill at less than $9. So that's the good part. Now, as you can see from the photo, it is nowhere near as thick as the other mats (the purple one) which means it probably would not be good for everyday use if you want something more cushiony. It would be better for standing workouts or maybe under workout equipment. But, for me, it fits my needs of being inexpensive, lightweight and compact - perfect for occasional use when traveling.

Not the thickest yoga mat, but it works well. You’ll probably get holes through it if you’re using it on an uneven surface like mulch. Wish it came with a strap to carry around!

I rest my arms on my wood dining room table to eat and/or read. The table gets cold on my arms and is hard. By folding the pad in half, I have a soft pad for my arms and it's not cold. If I desire, I can cut to a smaller size. I've bought a second one for my desk.

I was looking for a light but durable mat and this is it. One thing I've had to do with other mats is let them air out so they don't smell. These mats had NO odor. I adore them.

I really like this mat. It's economical and perfect for me. I love the length and the grip. Also, when it's rolled up, it's not heavy.

I waited a month for the order to arrive. The yoga mat came as described, without the yoga blocks. I was not prepared to wait an additional month for the blocks. This vendor seems to send out shipments without verifying the order. A similar purchase of yoga products from BalanceFrom happened with my sister's orders in the USA.
