The phone shut down and will not turn back on
Only have this phone two months and it’s not working

The phone is not made as advertised. The Sims card is not on the side as advertised.
I returned the phone because it was not as advertised. I got part of a refund like 10 away from what I actually was charged which was 140. It's not ok to get a part refund 2 weeks after the product was returned.

Keep getting error message when trying to return
Been trying to return this literally since Christmas day. Slow not worth the money. Deadline is Tomorrow and still getting the same error message when I try and return. Wasted money on this phone and can't return it.

Misleading
It's hard to open and the Sims nor the micro SD card goes in as shown.I would appreciate a refund.
