Blue Force Gear Hunting Sling with Side-Release Swivels

The sling is well built. It is light weight but the materials are solid. It took me all of 30 seconds to open the package and attach it to my rifle. The nylon sling is not the "shinny" type of nylon found in big box stores - it feels like a type of "webbing" - strong. I really like the slide-release swivels. These are not the typical swivels found on many slings. These are sturdy! The sling is easily adjusted. Once in the stand, one can shorten the sling to prevent it from catching on anything that might be in the way. My rifle - loaded - and ready to hunt weighs a little over eight pounds. I have NO concerns that this strap will handle the weight comfortably and safely. I chose the color black. It is a flat black with no sheen. It's an awesome value. And - made right here in the USA. There is a whole lot to like about this sling!

Good quality on all items that I purchased.

Great for my Henry supreme. Not made for ARs.

I really like Blue Force Gear products but this hunting sling is hard to adjust. It has a slide buckle quick adjust that’s really hard to move. Maybe after some break in it will loosen up.

Seems like a good product, honestly haven’t put it on a firearm yet as the one I ordered didn’t come in yet. That being said I bought a mountain rifle that weight savings is my primary goal. The only reason I ordered this was it advertised .18 lbs (2.88 oz). Got it here took it out the package and put it on the scale. Weight is not as advertised. Still very light and may be the lightest I can find but may have checked other options out.

Good basic two-point sling with swivels that works with a hunting rifle. This is no frills, but simplicity is exactly what works best when you’re looking for an adjustable carry strap.

I wanted a good sling for my hunting rifle. This sling is sturdy. I like the metal sling swivel attachments. The sling is comfortable when carrying the rifle around and is simple to install. This does everything i need it to do. Im glad i purchased this sling.

Always love something with a lifetime warranty and made in USA is a great bonus. The swivels are excellent quality and quiet. The strap is plain Cordura so it should last a very long time. I was thinking about wrapping it with paracord or something for a little extra cushion. Its not uncomfortable for me but its not super easy on the shoulder if that's a problem for anyone used to neoprene padded slings. If you just want a durable, quiet, light and made in the USA with a lifetime guarantee sling, this is a great option.
