OK factory replacement phone...but they're still an Allworx phone. Allworx system pretty much the worst phone system we've ever used. Problematic, poor support and complicated...VOIP is a joke. There's several better systems out there...we've come to find out. c

So far so good. Works great. I just plugged it in, configured it with my system and it was running in a few minutes.

device arrived in good condition and with all original packaging. Required a firmware update to current version and then operated flawlessly.

The phone worked just as described. No issues at all.

The Allworx system will not keep call details for more than a few days. it also limits the number of voicemails you can keep so callers get voicemail is full all the time. Also Allworx will not support their products directly. You have to use a Dealer and we haven't been able to find one that doesn't overcharge for everything. Look at cloud phone services instead. most phones they use Amazon has and they are half the price. Also the numbers on the buttons wear off quickly.
