I found this while I’m scrolling and it’s a STEAL got it for $17 which is normally $159. I used it right away when I received the product and so far so good. I loved it!

for the price i think it's decent, compare to my rusk or chi, of course it's not quite there, but it does the job.

I have 3b/3C hair and when I was younger, it took me a long time to accept the natural state of my hair. My grandmother used to straighten it with these metal combs she used on the electric hot plates, and when I was older, I bought myself some cheap flat irons. Needless to say, my hair and skin suffered greatly as a result. As I got older, I began to appreciate my curls more, and I rarely straighten my hair anymore. When I do this, I don't want to damage my hair or burn my skin. So I was eager to put this Leandro Limited X Conair Il Ferro Carbon Infused 1" Digital Flat Iron to the test. I must say that this product pleasantly surprised me. First, the cord is long enough for me to plug it in away from my sink and sit comfortably in front of my vanity without becoming annoying. The cord's end swivels, allowing you to move the flat iron in any direction without the cord getting in the way. This flat iron also heats up extremely quickly. The temperature is displayed on the screen, and it quickly reached the desired temperature (350F in my case) in a matter of seconds. I also like that the controls for this flat iron are on the inside, so I don't accidentally press any buttons while using it.I used this Surface Hair Blowout Smoothing Balm to blowout my hair before using this flat iron. Then I used this flat iron in conjunction with my hairbrush to straighten my hair even more. I was pleased with the results. My hair will never look truly straight because it is too thin and poofy for that. But I thought this flat iron performed admirably. Major plus: I didn't burn myself. I believe this is because I didn't feel the need to stay in one position for too long with this iron. I could just slide it through my hair. Two days later, my hair is still reasonably straight, so it appears that this flat iron in conjunction with the smoothing balm works quite well. I took advantage of having my hair straighter than usual by trying on some clip-in straight hair extensions and then using this flat iron to help blend in my hair with the extensions. It did not harm the extensions and I believe it helped blend the hair.Given that I gave this flat iron four stars rather than five, there must be some drawbacks. To begin with, this flat iron only works with 120V. So, if you're going on vacation, you'll have to come up with another solution. Second, nothing prevents this flat iron from tipping over. A small ridge or metal attachment of some kind would have been ideal. It was becoming increasingly aggravating that every time I set this flat iron down on my vanity to grab another strand of hair, it would fall over. Even though I used the included silicone pad, I was still concerned. The third annoyance is that this flat iron cannot be locked in a closed position. I must have spent 10 minutes putting it back in the box. I was having trouble getting the cord into the bottom part, and every time I did, the flat iron would fall out of its slot and open up, and then when I tried to put it back in, the cord would fall out again, and so on.To give you an idea of what this flat iron can do, I've included some photos of my natural hair and the results after using it. Overall, this is an excellent flat iron that I would recommend.

It is a very fast heat up.I found this easy to use.I like it reduced the frizz in my hairwith not too much static overall. If youstraighten your hair you know about thestatic that an iron can cause.I like it is ionic in nature that helps to reducemy static.I like the plates move smoothly over my hair.I like that the plates are floating plates.I like that they are carbon coated plates.They are easier on my hair and make totalcontact with my hair to make it straight.I like the heat resistance mat that comeswith the product. It keeps my iron fromburning my counter and gives me a placeto lay it while I am styling my hair.I like the slap bracelet band that holds ittogether. I like I can wrap my straighten inthe mat and hold it together when not in use.I like the company that made the iron.I have enclosed pictures so you can makea informed decision based on your ownpersonal needs.Yes, I would recommend this product.

This straightener is fantastic for the price. Most straighteners of this quality cost $200 or more. I have fine thin hair and it doesn’t pull my hair at all. You hair doesn’t get stuck in the plates when you’re trying to straighten the back of your head or twist your arm and then your hairs stuck. Hair pulling is a typical issue I have with straighteners. So naturally I was super excited that this one didn’t pull my hair. Your hair glides right though it effortlessly. Not once did it smell like burnt hair or rubber on the first time using it. It heated up super fast and has a digital temperature screen. The cord is a long fabric cord which is different but I like it. It’s sleek and stylish looking. The heat mat that it came with was a nice touch and it came with a slap band to hold it in place. I opted to use the band to keep the cord neatly together with the straightener though. This is definitely the nicest straightener I’ve owned, even out of higher price ranges. Very pleased with this product.
