New Comment: I have changed my rating because of the outstanding customer service and how they really try to make things right. As indicated below, I already purchased this bike before in a different color and there were no reportable issues with the bike. I had bought it for myself, modified it with a bigger crank for greater speed, and then gave it to my eldest son when he asked for it. Well, that meant that I had to buy one for my younger son. I obviously went for the same brand ( i wanted a steel frame bike and i wanted disc brakes) but this time it arrived with a bent fork. The Customer Service Crew sent me another bike but it too had issues in that it was scratched and rusted in some areas but the fork was perfect. I then took the fork from the scratched bike and placed it on the first bike and put the damaged fork on the scratched and rusted bike. The manufacturer sent UPS to pick it up and all that I had to do was pack the bike and have the box ready. I took the bike that I kept to the bike shop for tune-up and had them repair and cap the frayed gear cable. I just picked the bike up today and it looks great. I actually, think that it is a very good bike as manufactured but the problem is in the shipping. Again, the manufacturer went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate that.[Original Comment] So just received the orange/grey version. I had bought the blue/black version about a year before which had no serious problems. I wanted a steel frame bike. The orange/black bike arrived with a bent fork. It makes it impossible for me to mount the wheel. The pully cable for the rear derailer is frayed and not capped at the end. A small thing but not what is expected from a brand new purchase. The box is fairly damaged as well. I refuse to return it in that box and have asked Amazon to pick it up.

This bike is a piece of junk! I was so excited about buying the bike that I didn't notice that the tires had cracks all over. I had to install slime tubes on them but I still have to air the tires once a week. You can't adjust the handle bars so I don't like the way I sit on it. The handle bars don't feel right.Last Sunday the gear changer lock up on me so now the gears are stuck in high gear so I have to take it to a repair shop. I had an $85.00 bike from Walmart for years and it is still better than this piece of crap. I will never buy a bike over the internet.

A good buy for the price and for the average person. It does well on urban terrain and pretty smooth when traveling on bumpy streets. It will need some adjustments after assembly but nothing out of the ordinary. The size is ok for me at 5’7” but if you’re taller it might be a little cramped. Overall I’m pleased.

Unfortunately the bent fork issue arose for me as well. Unpacked the bike and it looks really good. It is as described however I can’t say anything good other than the looks. I could not get past the front wheel assembly. Unfortunate that I waited for the bike and can’t ride it. I will return it once I hear from the seller.

this bike is junk, came with a bent wheel, and missing parts... went to a local bike shop to see if it had any hopes, but no, the guy told me it was JUNK, more expensive to repair than to buy a new bike! very frustrated with this purchase, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Love the bike! Easy to put together with included tools. Sadly, one of the carriers damaged the front wheel and it has a little divot in it. It's manageable and nothing to do with the seller. Great size and comfortable to ride.

Very nice bike. Came fast and very easy to assemble. Very few tools needed and about 20 minuets. Perfect for recreation and exercise.

Packaging all beat up on arrival. Instructions for a different bike. Rear selector gauge does not work, will switch gears but needle stuck at 7
