This is reasonably well-made, although I took off one star because I'm not sure how long the plastic handles will hold up I'm happy with the purchase. These shears are *strong.* They cut through turkey and chicken ribs and joint cartilage & breastbone easily. This made breaking down a 14# turkey as separating breast meat into two pieces/taking off breast bone a breeze. I don't like having too many gadgets in the kitchen and usually rely on a chef's knife, a paring knife and a utility knife for most jobs, but this works so well, and I cook chicken stock or buy whole chicken frequently enough, that they are worth the price and the space they take up in the drawer. I haven't tried spatchcocking the chicken yet but these will make it very easy.

These are strong easy on the hands and they work perfectly. You'll like these Shears. For the price you can't go wrong.

These scissors can cut!!! They effortlessly cut through my raw chicken when I needed to spatchcock it. Then it cut the raw chicken with ease.

La verdad no tenía mucha fe en el producto. pero me equivoqué, está construido con buenos materiales, fácil de usar. No es un corta todo, pero para cortar los huesos de las aves comestibles está muy bien, no se requiere de gran fuerza en las manos para utilizarla es precisa en los cortes no desgarra, hace poco que la adquirí y su filo no se meya ni se desafila con facilidad. En resumen, buen producto, materiales y por supuesto buena relación precio calidad.

Oh my wouldn't think you need these till you have them a massive game changer in the kitchen whether it's during prep or mid service. Extremely high quality all stainless steel which I love and it feels amazing extremely easy to use. Great value for money had no fault with them very durable and safe and the blades of them have remained sharp since day one. Would highly recommend.
