Good product
It’s a good product, but I have some inputs:-1) I faced minor connectivity issues in initial stage of use. But since one month of usage- It works well enough.2) Difficult to install by self, you need a technician and enough knowledge to guide the technician (As there is no proper manual provided- you need chat gpt or youtube guidance)3) There is no energy monitoring system like the smart plug- you can only use the on/off feature via phone/alexa and the auto timer.4) Highly overpriced in my opinion. New home owners should totally avoid this and go for Automated Switch consoles (better value and one time investment)

It doesn't work when we try to switch on or off from outside the network
There is no instructions on how to connect the app without any confusion.. got connected with much difficulty... and then the scheduler doesn't work throwing errors that switch device is off.. have to manually off and off with the app.. then cannot switch on or off the app outside the home network... my friend hasthe other device from home mate is working fine with the ability to turn on from outside wifi. Can't even return the device...useless wipro

Works
It works fine, I installed it myself. This was where the wiring was straight forward. I wasn't able to get it to work where there are 2 switches controlling the same light.May be WIPRO can share something on this.

Faulty product and no customer support after sales
Purchased a 2 node and 4 node smart switch together. the 4 node worked fine but the 2 node kept going offline. Initially I suspected a wiring issue so tried testing that out but soon found it that the wifi transceiver was defective and it had supply without breaks. Tried reporting this via app (no reply), tried calling toll free number (no one picks up), Whatsapp number is a chat messenger where you keep adding a ton of details over and over but no one calls back, wrote through their contact form and feedback email, no one replies either. Do not purchase product from this firm as if something were to go wrong your money just went down the drain as you will have no customer support whatsoever. So disappointing for a firm this size.

Good product
Using it since a few days. Seems to be working fine. The app could be better designed. Read elsewhere that Wipro has just inserted its name on a Chinese app. The installation video in Amazon and the Wirpo website are totally unhelpful. Saw a video for a similar device on youtube of a user of a similar product and connected the device. BTW this other product is approx Rs.500 lesser than this item.

Does it work when there is any wify or power or internet is down?
I had bought the device that came in a short time and well packed. Installation and set up has been easy. However, the very next day when my internet outage happened, I was unable to operate the regular switch manually. I had to finally remove the device as I cannot run without manual intervention at times when there is either internet, cellular, power or router failures. Is there a way for manual intervention?
