This is an edited review of this product. The initial, two star review started like this: "How can there be so many favorable reviews and yet the one I received could not be assembled?" It described how there was a missing piece to the lamp shade structure. However, after writing that review, I found the missing piece which had fallen behind a cardboard flap, and easily completed the assembly. It's pretty easy - everything snaps together, like a tent pole with the elastic cords. Since I saw no way to ask Seller about a missing item, starting a refund seemed the only way forward, but when I found the item the very next day I cancelled that process. A few days later I see that the Seller (Karjoefar) actually exists and communicates (after seeing the review?), having sent me not one, but two messages on two separate days, apologizing and offering me a choice of full refund or replacement (and no need to return first item). I think that is very good customer service and that, plus the obviously good value of this price point, raises my review to five stars. The lamp itself is very nice, elegant looking and functionally well designed. It will fit with most decors. It is not truly excellent, like a $200 lamp might be, mainly because the shade does have some limitations (has to be rolled up to ship in the small, tightly packed box). It is okay, but I will probably replace it with a nicer looking one. However, at $50-60, and with good customer support, this is definitely a nice-looking five star floor lamp that puts out good lighting.

UPDATE- so my review was originally 3 stars, not horrible but not the best. Im amending it to 5 stars now PURELY for the amazing customer support on this product. The company reached out to me, UNPROMPTED, and offered me a refund and to keep the lamp. My issues with this lamp were so small and not at all deal breakers, and the company still took its time to try and make me feel better about the purchase. Honestly that is customer service you do not see anymore these days and has definitely made me a huge fan of the company. I went from thinking the lamp was “just okay” to thinking I should get another one in my house. 10/10 customer service in my opinion. The lamp itself is cute, super easy to assemble. No tools needed. Everything just screws in place. But it’s not dimmable. The bulbs even say “non dimmable”. I swear it advertises as dimmable simply because you can turn one bulb off at a time with the pull chains. You can change the temperature of the lights, although it took me a minute to figure out how (granted the assembly was so easy I didn’t bother with the instructions). If you click the foot pedal to turn it off and then click it again, it will turn on in a different temperature. I do appreciate that feature. The lampshade is also a little…. Tacky. I’ll likely seek out a new lampshade for mine. It is fairly tall. Has a nice foot pedal button and two pull chains, one for each light bulb. Seems sturdy for the most part. Overall I’m not totally unhappy with the lamp.

Pleasantly surprised with the amount of light provided by this lamp and although it is a tad smaller than I anticipated, I am happy we chose this one. It is both sturdy and elegant, making it the perfect addition for my husband’s home office.

It comes with bright white lightbulbs so just know if you’re wanting the warm glow like in the photos you’ll have to guy your own bulbs for it. It was super easy to put together and it’s very sturdy.

Very nice and modern lamp. It was easy to install and comes with light bulbs so you can use it right away. The base is nice and heavy so it won’t tip over easily. The value for the price is amazing. I love that you can change the color of the light and mix and match between the two light bulbs. Highly recommend!

I love the look of this lamp and the light it casts. I do wish the actual lamp shade was a bit higher quality, but overall a good lap for the price. Great size and easy to build.
