Just love to try something new that is mentioned on TV on those cooking shows. Nice to know that these unusual items can be found on Amazon! Even living in a big city, it is such a hassle to drive around to find these things. I fell in love with this product after I purchased it at a fancy food market in New York City. It's a delicious drizzle on savory meats, salads, goat cheese, etc. It is essentially a reduction of grape juice – – a cousin of balsamic vinegar, but far less acidic. It's often called Saba. Expensive, but it goes along way.

I did not like this product :(It is not the seller's fault. They sent it quickly. I just did not like the taste.

This must is just great! It can be used very sparingly. I mix it in with salads and balsamic vinaigrette, wonderful!

I had tried another grape must at a friend's dinner party and bought this hoping it would be as good. It's not event close. It has a disgusting burnt flavor and is not eligible for return.
