A beautiful surprise—perfect for both my grandson and my mom with dementia
I originally bought several of these Peek-a-Flap books for my new grandson, and while he is too young to enjoy them now, I'm sure he will as he gets older. What surprised me most, though, is how perfect this book turned out to be for my mom, who has dementia. She enjoys lifting the flaps, naming the animals, and reading the simple text aloud. The bright colors, sturdy flaps, and sweet illustrations make it one of her favorites. It’s engaging and calming for her, and it makes me happy to see her read through them. Heavy duty and fun!
Every other lift the flap book we have has been totally torn apart, but this one is indestructible! Not only that, but our toddler loves looking at all the animals. It’s a great way to learn about different animals together (I learned new things from it too!)

Wonderful board book. It was perfect for my 20 month old grandson. We had just visited the zoo. He loves to lift the flaps, turn the hard pages, and pretend he is reading. He also loves being read to. This is a well made book. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Great book with exciting flaps and informational content
I love all the books in the peek-a-flap series. They are some of my daughter’s favourite books and she loves to flip the flaps. This one includes nice illustrations, and information about the animals in different locations. I’ve actually learned new facts from these books and I’m an adult! Haha. These books would make a great gift as well.

Perfect little board book!
My son absolutely adores these books. He’s 18 months and loves holding them, turning the pages and studying the pictures, so the added peekaboo-holes are a fun little bonus for him.

Bit early for my son (1year 0month) but the contents of the book is informative and surely help kids to learn about animals.
