First, lets talk about size and weight. - This lens adapter is heavy, a good sign to know that you're holding a solid piece of glass in your hand, with 58mm thread to attach to your lens and the open end is 82mm. Overall, good feel, heafty but not in a bad way. Second, Imagne quality. - This adapter provides the same amount of details to the naked eyes as if itsnt attached to the lens so that's a huge win. Thirdly, Auto focus. - The auto focus does not function properly with this adapter, the camera (Canon EOS R) struggles to focus unless you choose a closer object to focus on, then re focus on the other objects you chose to take a photo of. This could be the result of a thick glass that's not native to the lens so when the lens send the signal to the camera, it got confused. A little annoying but for my use, no problem. Lastly, Price -I bought a used (almost new) item for 20 bucks. To be honest, it cannot be cheaper or I wouldnt buy it. For the amount of material alone, it should cost more than that. 4/5 final rating.

This thing rocks! I got it to put on my Nikon 5100 for some stylized content and it did NOT disappoint! If you're trying to make some cool retro videos in the 90's style, this will do it! The picture is super clear through this adapter and I've noticed zero image loss. It's great for a bunch of different projects and I've already gotten great use out of it! Usually a higher price means higher quality, but I am completely satisfied with this for the low cost! I used this for a little music video project with it all shot to look like a 90's video and it did not disappoint at all, it totally did exactly what I needed it to!

I took this traveling with me because I thought I would be easier than carrying a wide angle lens on top of my zoom lens. How dumb I was! This is cheaply made and is a complete waste of money and resources! If you want a wide angle, get a wide angle lens. If you don’t have the money, then just don’t get one. But whatever you do, don’t get this thinking it will be a makeshift wide angle!

I wasn’t sure what to expect at this price point, but the affordability drew me in. I didn’t want to spend hundreds on a lens, and with Amazon Prime, there was no risk in giving it a try. After some initial testing, I’m genuinely surprised by the performance. The colors are a bit on the vibrant side, but that’s easily adjusted in-camera. Overall, I’m really satisfied—this lens has earned a spot in my bag. In my opinion, it’s well worth the cost and has exceeded my expectations.

Paired this with my 28-70mm lens on my a7iii and I love it for my shooting style. There’s a bit of distortion on the outer ring when fully zoomed out but that’s to be expected and I do wish there was more of a rounded fisheye effect to it at first. However, I’ve grown to appreciate the “not-so-fisheye” looking effect as this adapter has basically become a permanent attachment for my camera. And I’d prefer some shots not to have a “curvy” appearance. Overall, I like it. It does exactly what I wanted it to do and helps me have a placeholder until I can actually afford a wider prime lens in the future.

me parece increible que fisicamente es identico al altura, bueno realmente es el mismo solo que le ponen la serigrafia de otra marca y lo venden al triple de precio, pues tiene los mismos problemas y da la misma calidad. lo probe con mis lentes 35, y 50mm 1.8 de sony en una zve10, el 35mm queda como si fuera 20mm comparandolo con el lente kit, el centro de la toma pierde un poco de nitides pero es utilizable, mientras mas te alejas del centro se empieza a ver como doble, en las tomas que adjunto el enfoque puntual estaba en el dibujo de la lente en la caja del centro. y recortes. tome la foto con la lente 35mm y la otra con le adaptador acercandome para tratar de tener el mismo cuadro, si tu objeto a fotografiar o tomarle video esta al centro te podria servir pero conforme te alejas del centro pierde mucha calidad, si te vas a grabar a ti mismo tipo streamer que siempre estas al centro te iria bien, para varias personas las de las orillas estaran borrosas y deformes, tomo video y fotografia en eventos como bodas XV años, y no es utilizable para eventos por si tenias la intencion de probarlo para esto, para tomas personales podria servir para video, el video que subi es con el 35, a 1.8 y con el adaptador puesto, tomar video asi esta excelente pues me enfoco en el centro unicamente y la perdida de nitidez no es para nada evidente. ponerlo sobre un lente kit o angular se tendran los problemas de viñeteado y se acentua mas la falta de nitidez.
