Han sido los mejores audífonos que he tenido nunca, recomiendo comprar los de la edición "Xbox Series X/PC" ya que son mas prácticos, y no estarás en problemas si tienes o tendrás una XBOX (ya que recordemos que XBOX no permite conectar otros dispositivos Bluetooh a sus consolas si no esta hecha por ellos o diseñada/auspiciada por ellos) lo mejor, es que son compatibles con DolbyAtmos que hasta en celulares, se escucha fenomenal, ni hablar del como se escucha en todo, musica, videojuegos, entretenimiento, hasta llamadas en Discord con su micrófono que se escucha de maravilla.Cómpralos, no te arrepentirás, lo único problemático serian sus almohadillas que son de cuero sintético, pero es normal que estas terminen pelándose con el uso y paso del tiempo, recomiendo que veas o compres utensilios de como mantener esas almohadillas... Pero fuera de eso, muy buenos, aparte, el diseño estilo mandaloriano es bastante elegante.Recomendación: Guarda la caja de donde viene el producto, y sí, me refiero a SUS CAJAS, te asegurara a mantener bien los audífonos.

Excelente, su audio es muy bueno, es cómodo y no cansa o incomoda al tenerlo muchas horas, lo único malo es que no tenga un software para pc para poder configurar, resto 10/10

I'm going to start off with the two redeeming qualities of this headset before I get to the many reasons I will be returning it. The sound quality despite it not having surround sound capabilities is very nice and it is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time (10+hrs). Now, the microphone is extremely quiet and even with software to add gain and the device volume on my PC turned all the way up people still have trouble hearing me and sometimes the bug that makes you louder after you mute and unmute is enough for me to be able to communicate and sometimes it isn't. The boom microphone's position doesn't stay in one place when set and requires constantly being moved so it doesn't sit on your face or at least directly under your nose. You'd think that having an app on your phone for fine tuning wouldn't be bad but not having the option for PC also just adds extra problems when the headset just decides to disconnect from your phone (which no other blue-tooth device that I own does) OR your microphone just randomly mutes itself with no reliable way to unmute it. Muting itself is rare but still unacceptable and not only does it mute but also randomly stops making sound while still being turned on and sending a microphone signal AND if you think turning it on and back off again will solve it as it does with a lot of things SOMETIMES IT WON'T TURN OFF OR BACK ON and sometimes when you unplug the USB and plug it back in the microphone still won't work and I don't mean not work for specific programs I mean in windows devices where it only shows up because it is connected there will be no sound level for the microphone and I've yelled directly into it just to be sure it wasn't just so low it wasn't picking it up. Those are the reasons I am returning this headset but they aren't even the only problems, just the ones that make it unusable and unreliable on a constant basis and when reaching out to Amazon I was told to contact Astro and Astro has not sent a single email about it other than the automated email confirming that the support ticket had been made and I have waited twice the amount of time that they claim to respond in and there has been no mention of higher than usual requests to let anyone know that their response time may take longer. The other problems are that it isn't surround sound which I'd expect from a headset this expensive, while using the microphone on my phone it won't be usable on my PC, a bug that decreases the headsets volume a large amount when changing the volume on my phone up or down but increases the volume by the same large amount when changing the volume directly on the headset so you need to play with changing them both for your desired volume which is really annoying to do when answering calls, and the loud sounds it makes when it turns on, off, connects, or disconnects from anything that you can't control the volume of but when the battery levels are low (rare as that may be) the sound indicating that isn't as loud, and the range for both blue-tooth and USB connection could stand to be a bit longer but that is probably the least of complaints to have with the plethora of problems above.

You need the Xbox dongle, then when you have the Xbox dongle switch it to pc mode and hold the power button and the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds to get it to flash purple on the headset now hold the button on the dongle so it flashes purple. Once it pairs it may turn off so unplug it and plug it back into your Xbox, change it back to console mode on the dongle and it should work. Didn't work for me immediately so I had to repeat a few times before it finally connected.

Good- Sound is amazing, and I am heard very clearly through the mic. Bad- connectivity issues weekly, shuts off randomly with plenty of battery, will not turn off at all almost weekly and is frozen with no sound or audio. For the money and amount of problems I have, I wish I would have returned them week one. I’m writing this review hoping to help others, because after owning for a little over half a year I am shopping for a new headset. I used to get years out of headsets, this one will be in the trash under a year of owning. Lastly, you might wonder why I didn’t return them. I had the issues I listed week one, I have had so many people speak highly of Astros and assumed it was a one time thing and it would get better. Ultimately things did not get better. If they didn’t perform so well when working I would give one star, however most of my time is spent trying to fix them so two stars, buyer beware.

After years of use, I wouldn't recommend these even as a Locitech fan. I am really disappointed with the product. Maybe one update, and the boom mic is trash. I have also experienced random audio volume spikes.
