Q: I am 5’8 180lbs. most morphsuit i order are xl’s judging by the reviews would a large or xl fit me?

I ordered my suit made in the size chart. It was a perfect fit. I think it depends on it you want a tight fit or a little looser. It's spandex so it has some stretch to it.

Q: What size has been purchased by men 180-189 pounds? Also 5' 5" height

I do not know... I am 5 foot 8 and have to get large because of my chest is 45 inches... normally I would wear a medium... you could probably wear a small

Q: Is there a back door zipper?

No there is only a front zipper, in addition to the main back zipper used for getting into and out of the suit. The material is silky and can easily be removed and put back on for sitting on the toilet 🚻

according to chart extra large was my fit, but I returned it for a large, it fits me perfectly. I am 5’11 155 pounds
