Amazing rich texture, perfect for healthy kids' treats!
I absolutely love this coconut milk powder! The quality is outstanding, and it dissolves beautifully in warm water without any clumping. I bought it to make healthy, sugar-free desserts and homemade ice cream popsicles for my kids, and it turns out so incredibly rich, creamy, and flavorful. It gives that perfect soft-serve texture when mixed with berries and cream. It's naturally sweet and clean, making it a fantastic dairy-free alternative. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, organic coconut milk powder for their culinary needs!

โญโญโญโญโญ Review: Wildly Organic Oat Milk Powder (16 Oz, 1 lb Bag)
The Wildly Organic Oat Milk Powder has been a game-changer for me! After trying several plant-based milk alternatives, this one stands out as the best option compared to traditional oat milk cartons, which are often loaded with emulsifiers and preservatives. โ Pros: โ Neutral and natural flavor โ No overpowering oat taste, making it versatile for any recipe. โ No emulsifiers or preservatives โ Unlike store-bought oat milk, this is a clean and pure product. โ Perfect for smoothies โ I blend it in a smoothie, and the result is flawless, with no gritty texture. โ Better than other powdered milk alternatives โ Iโve tried coconut milk powder before, but this oat milk powder is superior. โ Convenient and well-sealed packaging โ Keeps the product fresh and easy to store. โ Consideration: ๐ฒ Price is on the higher side, but it reflects the productโs premium quality. If youโre looking for a clean, healthy, and additive-free oat milk, I highly recommend it! Despite the higher price, itโs worth every penny. Iโll be a loyal customer! ๐โจ

Quality product but not good as a coffee creamer
Seems like a quality product and does taste good but the first line in the description says to try as a coffee creamer and it is NOT VERY GOOD AS A COFFEE CREAMER. It clumps up in coffee, even when dissolved in boiling water first as the instructions suggest, it clumps up. Although it is not a "bad" taste it does make your coffee taste like coconut. This product is probably fine for baking.

Luscious Stuff
Felt safe ordering this based on so many good reviews. Received it in just two days. I like to make curries, Indian, Thai, even Burmese, but not often enough to always have canned coconut milk on hand or trusting the ones in my cabinet past their expiration dates. I had even tried using coconut flakes blended with water when all that was needed was a thin coconut liquid for a recipe, and well, it was better than nothing, but of course weak in coconut taste. While there's nothing like drinking coconut water out of a fresh coconut, the cracking of shell is too tiresome for me so I've not craved it as a beverage at all. When I opened the package I of course tasted the powder from finger to tongue, and went, "Oh, my, this is the real deal..." Rich, creamy coconut taste, yet delicate and fresh. Just as a test, I wanted to see if I could make some rough equivalent of coconut juice as a refresher, so reading that at first it should be dissolved in hot water, I put a tablespoon in the bottom of a tall drinking glass and used two tablespoons of hot tap water to make a thick paste as in a flour slurry, and slowly filled the rest with cool tap water stirring all the while, I wanted it thin, thin, thin, cool not cold. That's what I got, it really was refreshing, and to think that I could control all this texture just by looking and tasting. I've already used some in a Thai curry, and found it thick, luscious, much better than canned, much better. I got this for cooking, not smoothies, but will sometime use it for that too. Since I live alone, this should last me some time, but am already tempted to order some more to have on hand. (And expiration dates on dried powders in resealable snap lock bags would not bother me in the least, lol.) Definitely recommend it, and sorry for those who wanted to use this as a coffee creamer, no, this is not for that.

Great component of cheap and tasty protein shakes
I buy this to mix with whey protein powder to make very inexpensive protein shakes. It smells and tastes great, is slightly sweet-tasting even though it's unsweetened, and provides a balance of good fats and carbs to the protein in the whey. I tastes of coconut without being cloying or overwhelming, nor sticky or powdery like some other coconut products. In protein shakes it goes well with cocoa and stevia. I work out 3-5 times per week and have a protein shake after every workout and so really need an inexpensive source and this plus plain whey protein (available in 5 pound barrels) work great, I mix them about 1/3 coconut and 2/3 whey. Most shakes you see are absurdly expensive with equally absurd flavors that sound like you are having dessert at the Cheesecake Factory (double chocolate brownie a la mode protein powder, really?). I just chug my protein shakes and don't like anything sweet and am most concerned with getting the protein and nutrients into my body as soon after working out as possible. This stuff is probably great for other uses too, I have thought about making power bars or Paleo muffins and stuff like that but haven't tried. It seems to be high quality, pure and fresh.

Has milk casein as an ingredient..so not good for those with casein allergies
Amazes me that once you buy it, the price jumps up 150%. Additives to the coconut milk are: maltodextrin which is usually created from corn and wheat but can also made from rice, potatoes and tapioca. I no longer have a corn allergy but I still have cow's milk allergy, and they added sodium caseinate to the coconut milk powder, which is a milk protein...I do have a dairy allergy although it's not that bad but I drink coconut milk to avoid the cow's milk. Odd they would put that in coconut milk so I did a bit of research and this is what I found: According to the information on the Coffee-mate website, "When sodium caseinate is processed, it is so materially altered that both dairy scientists and government regulators no longer regard it as a true dairy substance. This is why sodium caseinate can be an ingredient in non-dairy products according to FDA's regulation 21 CFR101.4 (d). Sodium caseinate also is not a source of lactose." Anyway...the powder is easy to use...but takes 2/3 cup of powder which when added to 1/ 1/4 cups of water equals a pint mason jar. I microwaved 1 1/4 cups of water for 1 minute and then added that to a quart jar which contained the powder, and then used my immersion blender to blend it and it worked great. My calculations say this will make 6 pint jars of coconut milk which will not last me long but I am happy with the quality of the milk.

Very Nice - make a tropical cocktail!
I've been using canned coconut milk for years. After using this to make a great coconut cream, I'm looking forward to many uses. We'll see if it ends up replacing the cans. If you want to tropically treat yourself, make a home version of the Soggy Dollar Painkiller. I like to control the sweetness of my drinks, not to mention ingredients, and the coconut part of this recipe is really the only thing you can change up (read a Coco Lopez label sometime - Yikes). Create your own coconut concoction, add in orange juice, pineapple juice, dark rum.... shake with ice, pour over ice, a sprinkle of nutmeg on top, close your eyes and head to the beach. There are several motivational websites if you need precise measurements. Beware desiccant packages in the bag - mine had two. Yes, seemingly a bit clumpy, but dissolved well, tastes great, and the less than 3% maltodextrin is was a buying factor.

Coconut Milk Powder-Where have you been all my lifeโฝ
Amazing! While I love coconut and try to incorporate into my baking or savory Asian dishes, sometimes coconut milk in cans has an โoffโ taste to me, as does shredded coconut. This powdered coconut has clean, delicious coconut flavor without adding additional liquid or dry shredded that can get caught in your throat. I made a phenomenal coconut ganache and coconut ice cream that would just knock the socks off coconut lovers. Highly, highly recommend and loved the zip top bag!
