Excellent crate!
Heavy duty, went together easy, instructions a bit vague, but the nuts go in not out. Big enough for our 2 German Shepard pups and we’ll get a second when they are bigger!

Missing Parts
Nice product and sturdy BUT missing parts. Box showed up damaged and was missing 4 key parts. Total disappointment. Contacted SMONSTER via only option - EMAIL- 3 times with zero response so they clearly lie as to contacting them for help, they don't help at all. Thank god for Amazon as they are sending me a new one free of charge but beware that the shipping and the packaging is horrible. The funny part is once assembled you really can't send it back as it's way too heavy. Thank you AMAZON! Smonster shame on you!!

just what I was looking for
I really like the looks of this and it is very sturdy BUT directions would have been a nice touch, I did figure it out (I think) I have some parts left over not sure about that. Overall I would buy again

Bottom Grid does not detach. Makes cleaning a hassle.
The cage is very well built and almost perfect. Love the large grid for the dogs feet. But the grid needing to be screwed in takes away from all the good. I clean the grids daily so that is very important to me.

Good Kennel!
I’m a believer in SMONTER Heavy Duty dog kennels. This is my second buy. The first one was the SMONTER 38" Heavy Duty Dog Crate, which I gave to my step son. It was a great kennel!I purchased this kennel (SMONTER Stackable Heavy Duty Dog Crate w/ Divider) to replace it and because we had to dog sit.To be honest, not as impressed as the 38”. First of all, it’s not exactly the dimensions as advertised. Depending on where/how you measure, it’s anywhere from 1/4” to 3/4” smaller. Second, I wish the tray support bars could be secured by bolts as well, and there’s really nothing securing the trays in place. I do not use the casters that are provided as I keep the kennel stationary once in its final spot.Overall, I’m still happy with the purchase. Much better than the other options I’ve been researching. I would definitely recommend SMONTER to anyone looking for an heavy duty “indestructible” dog kennel.
