Once you learn how to put the item on, it is easy to use and excellent to ice the shoulder/ upper arm. Easy to re freeze even though it takes some space in the freezer. Excellent to relieve muscle soreness or injury. 2 sides, 1 is soft which protects the skin, the other smooth for more direct contact. The lilac colour makes it easy to see from the standard blue packs. I would thoroughly recommend this item.

While this shoulder pad looks good, and freezes as well, trying to wear it whilst it is frozen is ridiculous. The only way you can wear it and make it look anything like the photograph is when it has thawed out. It’s now sat in a cupboard, and I bought some very small gel packs, a small sleeve and work perfectly fine. I think you have to have enormous shoulders for this. Certainly was a waste of money for me.

I have a shoulder problem which radiates to my chest and needed something to ease the pain. It comes on in waves but could not work out whether I needed heat or ice. So I bought this ice version which is designed for the shoulder area. As it says it has more gel than some others and it is fairly heavy. It does give relief for about 20 minutes and will reduce swelling. I found it awkward at first to put it on but after a few times I got the hang of it. Fairly pricey I thought but overall I would recommend this product.

Too heavy for post operative use

Lo compré después de buscar varias opciones para terapia de frío. Lo usé diariamente por más de un mes, y con excelentes resultados, resistente, suave y con suficiente contenido de gel para mantenerla fría por más de 15 minutos. Y sigue como nuevo después vde tanto uso. Excelente producto.

This provides instant relief to my aching shoulder. I really like that it is strapped securely in place so that I can do other things while my shoulder gets iced. (I was previously using a bag of frozen peas...which works, but requires that I hold the peas in place. :( )The shoulder ice pack is easy to use and does a great job. I am a petite female and I was worried that the bag might be too bid for me, but it is easily adjusted to fit snuggly and stay in place. It tightens around my bicep (barely - it is slightly big there for me) and it tightens firmly across my chest.

I have chronic migraine and sometimes it’s truly hard to get rid of it. This iced head wrap is simply miraculous!!! I wish I had this before in my life - such a great thing to reduce that peak of pain!Also, very useful for other parts of the body when needed - cold and hot. Simply amazing. I truly recommend. Oh: and the temperature is kept for hours!

Love the comfort and convenience. I was unsure on the size so got the standard. I'm 5'5 175 and have broad Shoulders and it's fits great. It's slightly bigger than the coolermachine pad is. I really needed something that would cover more of the front,back,and bicep area and this was perfect. I had rotator cuff surgery in July and had to have 4 anchors placed. Depending on how my pain is I can go from moderate cold to very cold just by switching from cloth to vinyl. I still use a cooler machine but it's not feasible at work. That's where the gel pack comes in. It's wearable and secure very comfortable and the best part is the pain relief. I do wish the strap for the bicep area was longer. That area is very difficult to get adjusted even after connecting it to slide your arm through. To do it myself I have to pull it and then lean against something to hold it and reach under hoping I have enough to grab and then fasten it. This is a great product and well made I use it everyday. I have recommended it to my friends and Co workers. It is well worth the money. I plan on buying a second one soon.

Bis dahin war es relativ regelmäßig so 2-3 mal pro Woche im Einsatz. Einen Kritikpunkt, dass es nicht sonderlich lange kühlte kann ich so bestätigen, aber damit kann man umgehen. Ich habe sogar überlegt ein zweites bzw. drittes anzuschaffen.Das ist jetzt hinfällig. Eben gerade wurde es auf meiner Schulter feucht. Das Pad ist gerissen und das Gel läuft aus. Das kann man auch gut auf anderen Bildern hier in einigen Rezensionen sehen. Es scheint meist eine Stelle betroffen zu sein. Ich kann vom Kauf nur DRINGEND ABRATEN! Ich werde jetzt außerdem einen Refund beantragen.
