I had severe sciatica for 5 months I could not walk or put my foot down so till I was able to get to the physio it had to be self help and I got this it was amazing for the relief of pain it fitted my leg perfectly also I had a smaller one for the lower back.This sits in my fridge on the lower shelf as i still get twinges after my physio.Worth every penny..

Ice Pack
Works great. The soft texture on the one side is nice against the skin & the straps are helpful. I use a thin kitchen towel against my skin when applying the ice pack, due in part to the moisture that comes as the ice pack slowly thaws.

Exactly as described in the promotional material. Coolness lasts approx 10-15 mins. Good quality product.

How long can the coldness last
The coldness can last 30 - 45 minutes. Good thing it does not cause condensation and bed remains dry. Overall, material used is good quality and hopes it can last.
