The very best wine preserver ever
I think this the best wine preserver anywhere of any kind. The wine even tastes better after use it and it keeps my wines which are good wines for weeks or months even some of them. And at such a great price..the bottle lasts almost forever it seems...(read how many uses it's good for in the ads) Easy to use. easy to store. i have used this for decades and i am thrilled with it's consistent effectiveness. The only thing to keep in mind is that it comes with a stirrer like straw that you must be sure not to misplace as that is what you use with the can to spray the preserve into the wine bottle so you need that straw to be able to use it. I am myself still trying to find that size straw (w/o knowing it's circumference size) to replace lost ones...These cans are good for years for how many bottles they can be used for before used up. So what great investment for so little cost.

Even at $20 I don't want to pour the second half out because I didn't feel like having a headache all day
I can't believe I haven't been using this stuff for years. I just found out about it while trying to convince myself to buy the Coravin wine preservation system. Unfortunately I don't have the means to pop open a $60+ bottle all the time but have found a dozen or so bottles in the $20 range that are enjoyable. Even at $20 I don't want to pour the second half out because I didn't feel like having a headache all day. This works exceptionally well. I have a system that works for me and it all relies on this product. I have a decanter and a clean wine glass at the ready. Pop open the bottle of wine and immediately pour a glass and then pour the remaining wine you'd like to have that evening into the decanter. Immediately spray the private preserve in the bottle and recork using a quality stopper. Straight into the refrigerator with the wine! Remove it a few hours before you want to have a glass on another day. I haven't tried dragging the refrigeration out past one week yet. Nothing is as good as a fresh bottle but I have found that it still retains the bouquet and I enjoy it a great deal. I have bought this for a few friends now and they all can't believe it.

Easier and at least as effective as pumps
I tested this against my wine preservers that have you pump out all the gases from a bottle. I donโt like the idea of pumping out all the gases because who knows what unnatural or abnormal state that puts the wine in. But putting inert gases over the wine seems to be like what corks do. I donโt see any difference between pumped and inert gassed wine, for what thatโs worth, but the inert gas thing is easier. Pumping is cheaper. ???

Great product - but not as many sprays per can as advertised!
This is a brilliant product - works GREAT at removing the air and keeping the wine fresh - but I couldn't give 5 stars. They claim that each canister provides 120 PLUS uses! Um, no...I would estimate *maybe*? 20 uses per canister? When it starts running low, the pressure is greatly diminished, as is its effectiveness. Gets pretty pricey to order new canisters every 5 or 6 weeks so this time I ordered two sets. Ouch!

Works As Advertised
If you're skeptical, put that thought away. This stuff (gas) keeps wine for weeks. I treated 1/2 bottle two months ago and did not find the bottle (in the back of the 'fridge) for three weeks. Thought it would be a loss, but to my surprise, the wine was as good as the day it was opened. This treatment really does keep wine in excellent shape for a long time. My wine collection will never be without it.

Best Way to Save Leftover Wine
Give a few squirts of Preserve,a neutral gas, and put the cork back in or the screwcap (lots of good bottles use them now) back on. Keep in the refrigerator and the wine will be pretty much good as new for two or three days. Amazon seems to be the easiest way to buy this now since three local stores here in Napa seem to be unable to order it after carrying it for some time.

Definitely recommend this item
I don't write a lot of reviews - but this item really deserves one -- I was so tired of throwing out a half a bottle of wine - so after some internet research I found this -- I know there are other items costing 100s of dollars which may be better - but as far as I'm concerned this is awesome. I just had my third glass of wine out of a bottle I opened 2 weeks ago -- I used the gas when I first opened it and again last week when I had another glass - this evening when I opened the bottle it popped just like I was opening a new bottle even though it was more that half empty and the wine tasted just like it did the first night I opened it -- I don't know yet how long this can will last because it really is weightless - but I am sold on its ability to keep a bottle of wine fresh -- Definitely recommend this item

This stuff is amazing and works perfectly
This stuff is amazing and works perfectly. I was thinking about getting one of those systems with the compressed air canisters that does the work for you but figured I'd try this first. Aaaand I'm done looking for solutions because this works great. Like they say, the can feels totally empty when you get it but it has plenty of uses in there. I've been using it for sake and red wines and a week after opening the bottle it doesn't taste much different than the day of (whereas I typically am a bit put off by a 24-hour old red and longer than that is just time to throw it out in my book. I'm saying I feel like I'm fairly picky about how things taste and this stuff does a great job by my measurement.)

Good wine preserver
We are trying to drink less wine. This preserver works well and keeps us from finishing a whole bottle. We can enjoy it the next day!

Worthwhile
The product arrived promptly. When you need to save an opened bottle of wine and may not get to it for a few days, this product preserves the quality of the wine.

So very useful!
For someone like myself who enjoys the occasional glass of wine, this product is a keeper. Wine from an opened bottle tastes just as good 3-4 days later. Wonderful!

Waste of money
The package clearly states 120+ uses however I didn't get more than 20ish bottles done before the first can ran out. And, this is not pure argon, it's a blend with argon making up only a third of the product. So, this is a WAY overpriced product that I do not recommend you waste your money on.

Exactly as described
Received quickly and without hassle. If you ever find yourself with a partially full bottle of wine, this stuff works SO much better than just shoving the cork back in the bottle. Iโve kept wine fresh for months with it. Will be a return customer.
