Great for cinnamon and chia seeds!
These shakers work great for my chia seeds and cinnamon, both of which I put in my daily yogurts and oatmeal. I like the design so I can also get the seeds and cinnamon out easily with a measuring spoon if I want more than just a "shake"! They wash in my dishwasher just fine, another plus.

Too smal for my needs.
Smaller than I was thinking, the shaker spout clogs more than anything else. I got it for powder based cheese, peanut butter, and other canned products but it just doesn't fit my needs. I would see this size being better for an extremely fine powered that is used sparsely.
