I use it twice a day for about five minutes per session, and the relief has been nothing short of remarkable. The construction is sturdy, the setup took just a minute, and it feels solid even with my size and history of back issues. I wanted to use this for at least a few days before i wrote a review. i can say, the first time ever using it, it was painful, i have had so much compression in my lower spine for so long, thanks to spending long days at a desk then evenings lifting weights. the first time i leaned back on this i had to stop and restart a few times, ditto with the next 2 times, by the time after that, it was much easier, you can feel your lower spine stretching and in time it began to feel great. Almost from the first use however, i notice much less tightness and pressure in my lower back. Now, after using it just under a week, i feel 80% better! I am still using it on the lowest setting but plan on increasing it to the next level in the next day or so. I can highly recommend this to anyone who has been struggling with lower back pain and stiffness, it is like being able to visit a chiropractor twice a day without having to make an appointment. i wouldn't have thought such a small monetary investment could have made such a wonderful difference!

My back has not felt this good in a long time!! I only used it approximately 30 seconds the 1st time I used it. The next time I used it, I did 1 minute 20 seconds. Best investment I made!!

I have had on-going issues with sciatica and general lower back pain. I finally decided I needed to be more proactive in dealing with it and get a device for stretching my lower back. After reading mostly favorable reviews for this item I decided to give it a try. This stretcher in straightforward in design and function. I have only used it a few times but the results are good so far. I definitely get a good stretch in my lower back. I am hoping that by using this everyday I can mitigate the problems I have had by injuring my back when simply bending over to pick something up!. This device is easy to assemble, takes up very little space. And, most importantly, it works!

Works well but there is only 2 levels, NOT 3 as indicated. I am a bit disappointed about this.

Immediately noticed relief in lower back. Started on low setting, moved up to mid setting, doing 3-5 minutes at a time. Best to roll sideways off the stretcher to give lower back time to come out of the intense position

I've had this for two years now, and it's really made a difference for me. For the record, at the time of buying, I was 29 and had back pain due to sitting in a bad chair all day at a computer. This stretcher (which I affectionately call my 'back cracker') makes a big difference when my back feels stiff and I'm struggling to really get a good stretch to loosen it up. I've had many, many days when I've been stiff from all the desk work and the stretcher has eased that stiffness like a champ. It's also held up well and works like it did the day I took it out of the box. I'm heavier, too, so I can attest that it can handle weight, and it's made of this nice thick plastic that flexes without straining.

great to stretch the lower or upper back. it will support the back when sitting or lying down. I think it will assist in preventing hunching down
