What is the mega ohm impedance?

Gee I dunno about that, but it's a standard line-level 1/4" cable output. Not high impedance mic output.

Can it be battery operated?

this unit cannot be battery powered.

How loud is the clicking of the foot button? I have a similar pedal on which the clicking is too loud to make it useful during a quiet performance

It’s not loud at all. I really love how it makes my Taylor sound. It’s perfect for acoustic performances and I will use this as I travel and perform.

Can I use this pedal for a nylon string classical guitar ?

Yes, it will work with a nylon string classical guitar that has an installed pickup system.
