This is the only good product that has been delivered to me among the four orders I have placed since I started using Amazon. There is no news about the other orders. I may not use Amazon to buy goods again.

Have used this product in the field in real life. It’s larger than the more expensive brand & works better for packing a wound, IMHO. Will buy again without hesitation & make it a part of every IFAK I build.

I haven't needed to use yet but it's what the Dr put on my dad. He takes anticoagulation meds and ripped the skin on his arm. I'm building a stop bleeding kit for home.

For the price point this is an excellent value. Every American should have a first aid kit geared towards stopping bleeding.

Great to have on hand in the field

i have to retract my previous statement, after getting both products i ordered and seeing them i can now say how disappointed i am - the hemostatic gauze is so thin i doubt it will do it's job it's for booboos not for serious injuries what a disappointment and the Nasal Airway Kit 28FR it's just a tube no lubricant what kit - you live and learn when the price is to good to be true there is always a down fall one not worth the money i will not shop here again

I purchased this for my own IFAC it is much more desirable for me to have something for wound packing that does not have to be removed by surgeons it's a more of a one shot deal in my case the minimal trauma of getting the bleeding stopped and then letting a surgeon get in there without removing gauze seems a benefit . But I'm not going to pay for extra for that for somebody other than myself and when this option became available that is great price I jumped on it.
