It taste absolutely nothing and it dissolves into water as if it was also water. I started using 5g in my 30 oz water bottle first thing in the morning, otherwise I forget if I had added to the water yet or not. Since there is no way to taste it or to see it. I guarantee it does help in water retention and muscle buildup.

Beware, the product pictures are misleading; they show the NSF certification emblem on the package, whereas the product I received did not.
