I returned the other "basic case" that comes with a lanyard (due to the substituted lanyard) and purchased this -- because all I need is a simple cover for the AirPods Pro 2gen Charging Case. And that's simply and effectively what this is. This is a two part silicone cover for the charging case that allows you access to the reset/pairing button, you can see the charge status LED through the rubber, can access the Lightning port if you need to, and doesn't cover the new-for-2gen speaker port. The finish is "grippy" so the charging case is less likely to slip from your fingertips. Mission accomplished. I appreciate the addition of a dust cover for the Lightning port because the AirPods Pro charging case supports Qi and MagSafe charging. Small magnets in the case will position it properly on a MagSafe charger, even an Apple Watch charger. No need to uncover that port ever again. The speaker port is uncovered so the case's SUPER LOUD ping sound from the Find My app blasts through. (I dunno why it's so loud. To be heard from inside luggage? To be heard when you have AirPods in your ears with ANC enabled? 🤷) Though a couple of double-sided adhesive strips are included to hold the top cover piece on, I didn't need it. I recommend it if you're going to let your AirPods case rattle around inside bags, purses, etc. The finish is soft silicone that makes the case sit more reliably in your hand. The integrated lanyard loop is exposed so you can fit your own lanyard loop (e.g. camera hand strap, multimedia player leash, etc.). As with many other Elago products the fit and finish is near-perfect. I was able to position the cover pieces to leave a precise, even 1mm gap between top and bottom using a plastic cleaning tool or a Swiss Army Knife toothpick. (DO NOT use a metal tool for this). Just fit the two pieces to meet, then gently introduce a gap with the thin tool working around from one side to the other. For the price, probably the best simple, basic charging case cover you can buy. Thank you Elago!

For the reviewers saying it doesn’t fit, it does appear that way when you first put it on. It just takes some stretching and massaging to get everything lined up perfectly (it’s grippy silicone). The fit is very snug, no concerns there. The silicone is very soft and has a pleasant feel. The blue glow looks amazing, love the color. Wireless charging works perfect, the MagSafe magnets just aren’t strong enough to hold it in place with the case on. I just use a wireless charger that sits flat on the desk and have no issues. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Elago silicone case for my Apple Pro 2nd Generation Air Pods, and it fit perfectly. I chose the Lavender color and it's just as pictured - a beautiful pastel color. It is very well made, comes with a self-adhesive attachment to keep the top of the lid from falling off - works perfectly. I had purchased 3 other cases and this one was a keeper. Very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend!

This is a great case with only a couple of issues. Pros: -excellent fit. -very precise cutouts. -seems pretty sturdy/protective. -the glow effect is very cool, but it doesn’t last long. Cons: -hinge design. I prefer the type of case where the top is a separate piece, mainly because it is easier to slide in and out of a pocket. -wireless charging works with the case on, but the magnets from the MagSafe and Apple Watch chargers won’t stick. Many people won’t care about the magnets, and many people will prefer the hinge design. For those folks, this case should be a perfect fit.

Theres not much I can say about this since its just a little cover, but it looks amazing and is VERY grippy. When I got my Airpod pros 2nd Gen, I immediately went on a hunt to go find a case. I found the right one! It protects it from debris and all other sorts of things like scratches. For the money, this little case is amazing and durable.

Horrible fit. Bottom is fine, but the top piece doesn’t completely slide down and you have a white ring with the gap created. Not like the pictures at all! I had an equivalent for my Gen 1s and those were a perfect fit but from a different manufacturer. Returned for a refund so Amazon had to lose money given a UPS return. Also arrived 2 days late due to delays in shipping. (1 star is for the case quality & fit only).

El color es justo como en las fotos, se ve muy bien. La funda encaja bien en los AirPods Pro 2, aunque cuesta un poco ponerla al principio. El material se siente de buena calidad para el precio y es compatible con carga inalámbrica. Muy satisfecho con la compra.
