Good fermentation weights, heavy enough to keep the veggies under the liquid, which is what you want. Would buy again.

Works well in a Kilner jar although some veg crept past the weight I used plastic nets to keep it all down under the liquid. Work well keeping leaflets from blowing off a stall as well!

As described arrived on time

One of the weights had a large chip broken off despite being seemingly well packed. They are also too large for my 1 litre preserving jars, which is disappointing. On reflection I should have returned them, but left it too long before I unpacked them.

I bought the 4 pack by another company that is the go to, and they are over $6/weight. These ones worked out to be about $4 each when I bought them. There is no noticeable difference between the two. I personally prefer the circle to grab onto that these weights have. Easy to grab onto and pull out. I got the weights shipped to me all in one piece, no chips or breaks. They work really well! I use mostly 750mL jars, and some 1L jars. Nothing gets past the weight when I do cabbage in a 1L, which is quite surprising. I'll be buying another box for sure!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, il pommello di sopra è perfetto per la battuta dei barattoli con guarnizione, perché oltre a fare peso, esercita anche una pressione dal coperchio. Farei a meno degli accessori (avrei preferito un disco di vetro in più piuttosto), in quanto:- la spazzola è corta (se fosse stata più lunga, la si poteva usare per le bottiglie dove conservo il kombucha).- la pinza non è il massimo della comodotà per preparati sminuzzati come la giardiniera (sarebbe stato più utile un cucchiaio lungo e stretto di legno o plastica)- il ricettario ha solo 4 ricette (in inglese), penso sia da tradurre in italiano (mi offro io come traduttore!) e digitalizzarlo (basterebbe un Qr code e la gente può andare su internet, risparmiando carta, e potendo anche vedere contenuti multimediali o scambiare ricette con altri utenti)Ho apprezzato che dentro la scatola c'era la mail del produttore per avere assistenza in garanzia.Per caso ci sono altri prodotti come questo e altri formati di dischetti in vetro?
