Can volume be adjusted for each ear

Yes, but there are only TWO settings... and it’s not as good on sound canceling / reduction when firing weapons as a standard peltor or similar ear pro device.

Is it possible to replace the rechargable batteries as they age, or you have to buy another set? (and if not replaceable, approx. how many charges?)

Anyone use these for loud music, or concerts?

I’ve use these for figure eight derbies and they were great but they’re not a license Dealer and they will not honor the one-year warranty
