Poor shipping. Bent handle
The package arrived with many of the pieces loose in the case. On top of that, the handle was significantly bent.

Cracked cover
Te product was delivered with the top clear cover of the case cracked in two places, the hinge and the front latch.

We void warranties
Purchased as a stocking stuffer for my husband for Christmas. He affectionately refers to these as his “warranty voiding set” of tools and uses them to take apart whatever random crap he can find around the house. He loves them. Highly recommend if you have a bored husband and electronics you don’t mind being disassembled.
