Q: Is this a true red and lam 5/7 will it go down to my knee

No it is not a bright red. it is more of a maroon, which is what we wanted. We also ordered the ombre with the graduated colors. Your height may make it close to the knees but I don't think it will be right at the knees. My daughter-in-law is 5'4" and it was at her knees.

Q: Are the measurements listed accurate?

I found it to be a bit on the small side in sleeves but the rest seemed to be accurate.

I am 5'2" and it's about 4 to 5 inches below my knees. Hope that helps! I was very satisfied with it.
