Finally, a training aid that works! The pressure points do not lie! This product is well made and serves the purpose it was made for. I’ve had no connectivity issues as I’ve read in other reviews as well. Really has helped me understand where my pressure needs to be in my feet throughout the entire golf swing. When first trying these out I found I was always going into impact and finishing on my tippy-toes which caused pushes, shanks & hooks. Salted Insoles help me “Feel” the correct pressure at different points during my swing so I could eventually make solid contact at impact. I haven’t found another aid that helps you “feel” what your lower body should be doing through the swing. Since using these I’ve straightened out my drives (used to push and slice), compressed my iron shots (used to be fat shots), and even improved my chipping and putting (yep, there are pressure signatures for these shots too!!). I’ve discovered that every successful shot has a corresponding pressure point signature. I’ve been able to find my signatures with these insoles during practice, throughout the entire bag, and just mimic that feeling on the course. I’ve shaved about 5-8 stokes off of my game with these things (I’m a 15 handicapper). I feel like these will help me move towards the single digits in the seasons to come. Wish I would have found these a long time ago.

I really wanted this golf product to be different than other golf products. There are so many golf training aids that are great in theory but terrible in practice/implementation. Sadly this product falls into that category. The Bluetooth connection is so bad I couldn’t even record a single swing at the range. I took these insoles to the range multiple times. Every time I would get the connection working it would disconnect again when I was in my setup. I had my phone on the ground about 3-4 ft away so I could see my weight distribution during my swing but every time I set the phone back down on the ground and took my setup it would disconnect.The thickness of the insole makes them a little uncomfortable to wear. I ended up taking out the original insole in my golf shoe. This made the fit reasonable.The ability to delimit one swing from another is done via a timer. I would rather have control over this via a manual button or voice activation or remote and later edit the recording to eliminate extraneous movements. Ideally I would want to leave my phone in the golf cart during a round and start and stop the recording after every swing.I would love to see version 2 of this product make some big improvements in connectability

The media could not be loaded. Setup was easy and the app works well. It has helped me assess my balance and how I shift my weight throughout my swing. The Balance Feedback mode is fantastic. The sole vibrates with feedback which is really effective to train an improve swing technique. The smart sole are more comfortable that originally expected. They fit well in my golf shoes. It feels accurate from my experience and the price point is fantastic for the data you get. There are other products that are significantly more expensive that golf coaches use. This product is more for the everyday golfer that helps you learn to use the ground more efficiently to generate a powerful well-balanced swing.

I have used this product a couple of times. It consistently says that I have more, almost all of my weight on my right side. I even did my calibration on a bosu ball (big balancing platform) to prove that I was 50/50 weight distribution. The readers keep saying 75 right / 25 left. Well, if this is off, then everything you get on your swing is way off. Way off. It is too bad because I really wanted this to work.

The game of golf starts from ground up. These are very specific to those needs. By knowing where your weight is during the swing and correcting as needed, cures a lot of swing flaws immediately without changing anything. They are worth it.

So far enjoyed the feedback from inserts. Somewhat difficult to learn how to use the associated app since no instructions on how to use it.

Connection to the sensor program does not work!!! I try since one week, recharging the insoles, following the instructions on video etc.

The inserts worked perfectly when the first few months. Now, after 6 months the pressure map does not work properly. Never wore the inserts in the rain. Disappointed the inserts stopped working properly only after 6 months.
