Very happy with this purchase. I know the struggle of reading 500 different reviews for seemingly very similar products, and that risk of trying to pick the best from that. I'm glad I went with this difuser, it works great and the water seems to last me a long time. The light options are such a nice bonus, but you can turn them off if you would prefer. There are also several options to decide if you just want it to run for a short period of time or long periods. It is pretty quiet, I sleep with it right on my nightstand next to my head. Doesn't annoy my cat either. Also used it for a short period of time with a foster dog and lavender oils at night to calm them in their crate and it seemed to help. I have had it about 2 months and have not had any mechanical issues with it, and it was very easy to set up.

Cord almost caught fire and it was plugged in less than 3 hrs.

I almost had to return this item to Amazon. When I took it out of the box and put water and oil into the tank, I tried to turn it on. It would not come on. The light worked fine until I pressed the mist button, then it would shut down. I looked at al the trouble shooting options in the users manual, tried all of them to no avail. After I took the water out and cleaned the tank. I filled out the information to return the diffuser to Amazon. I was finished with the process when I got the idea to take the diffuser apart and look at the bottom. When I did that I discovered there was a wire unplugged which was causing the diffuser not to diffuse. After I plugged that in and refilled the tank it has worked perfectly ever since. I would suggest the company who puts the diffuser together double check to make sure everything is plugged in. Or add that to the troubleA shooting options inside the user’s manual. It would save consumers time from filling out the return information and then having to go back and cancel the return order. However, I am happy that I figured out what was wrong with my diffuser and everything worked out in the long run!

I love the Zookie 450 ml Aromatherapy diffuser. Its an excellent addition to my aromatherapy diffusers. It provides plenty of aronas in my living room that fill the ait with pleasant odors.It is decent size and lasts for several hours so you dont have to kep filling it. Bonus is the automatic shut off so i dont have to worry about forgetting to shut device off.Several colors that randomly change is available to use on the device. Makes an excellent night light.Ots made of a lightweight material but is a material that will not be easily broken if accidently dropped.Its a little bit wide so you have to have a little more space available to sit device on.Great performance and reliability and peoduces excellent aromas when using the good essential oils.Has a measuring cup that comes with device so you know that youre adding the correct amount of water to device. This also makes it easier to fill the device up with water.

I've then shopping for an essential oil diffuser for quite a while over a year to find one that's a good size yet doesn't take up too much space. I found this one and I love it it's also bpa-free having made out of press plastic. BPA is a toxin that I will avoid like a plagueI read many many reviews by Amazon purchasers and there were so many good things said about this and I agree with them all. I like that I can turn the lights off all together because it's important to sleep in a very dark room I also like that there's three different time frames you can have the diffuser run and it shuts off automatically when the water has run out. And the price was incredibly good and I received mine and two others that I'm giving away as gifts 3 days before the anticipated arrival so it was early. Thank you Amazon for the free shipping as well.

The media could not be loaded.  Got this for my baby's room. Love it! I just tested it out with water to make sure it worked before I threw my box away. For $20 this was a steal! Great nightlight, great size, and I know it will run through the night when full. I will be buying another one for my other daughter's room.

EDITED. After using just 13 DAYS, my diffuser STOPPED DIFFUSING SCENT & full-amount of MIST. I had done nothing differently today, except unplugging it for a while and then plugging it back (into the same outlet). I tried all the troubleshoots, nothing happened. Then, I thought that the same outlet I had been plugging it in could have become out of order. Hence, for the next 20-30 minutes, I carried around the diffuser filled with water and oil and plugged it into each and every outlet in my home - 29 2-prong outlets. Still nothing happened.Then, another thought crossed my mind - "'Customer Reviews and Q & A might have the answer." After checking Q & A with no fruits, I read through "Top Reviews" which had 5 Stars except 1 2-Star review, which also had nothing helpful. Then, I moved on to "Critical Reviews," at last my Eureka moment came to me. A great majority of critical reviews consist of 2 types - 1) Noisy, & 2) Stopped Working after a few hours or days or Did Not Work From The Get Go! Well, it was not my fault or outlets' after all. I've just submitted a Return & Refund request. Last but not least, this diffuser LOOKS DEPRESSINGLY CHEAP - ABSOLUTELY NOT GIFTABLE. I browsed for a new one - large capacity and NON-PLASTIC diffuser. This time, I checked "what material" a diffuser is made of because this diffuser and so many others are made of plastic and kinds, cheap looks when it's not operated and because Sellers use photos of their diffusers with a color light on, just like photos of this diffuser. I've noticed two things: 1) There are diffusers made of ceramic, stones, and woods, but there are not many options, and 2) Those diffusers cost at least 2 times as much as this diffuser does. I found and chose a nice ceramic, ultrasonic, 300 ml diffuser at $39.99. Yes, it costs twice as much as this one, but IT'S WORTH paying $20 more. After all, LOOKS MATTERS.
