Ok, I ordered this for the first time, and have been using it now foe two days, squeezed into ice water. First, let me say I absolutely love the flavor of the fruit lunch product. It's so good it's addictive. The only downside (maybe just for me) is that I like my cold drinks pretty sweet, maybe more sweet than some people. So when they say 20 servings in a bottle, it's really only 5 or 6 servings per bottle for me. I squeeze the bottle 4 times for each ice water filled root beer style mug. This is a tall glass mug with a handle, and may well be more than 8 ounces, so consider that as well. But I'll drink about 4 of those per day if not more, so you can see how fast I'll burn through these little bottles.Even so, that's still a LOT cheaper than drinking any kind of soda or other bottled beverage!I bought this because I have researched all of the different types of no-calorie sweeteners, and I have come to the conclusion that pure liquid Stevia is the way to go. Aspartame is horrible for me due to health issues it causes for me. I switched from aspartame to Splenda for that reason, but after my extensive research, I am now convinced that liquid Stevia is much healthier, plus it does not have Hal gram or so of carbs that my Splenda has. I'm on a strict protein diet, so that matters. So now, I'm using this product for my cold drinks, and pure Stevia liquid from Now Foods as my coffee and tea sweetener. It's called "Better Stevia".Anyway, I do love this fruit punch water enhancer. It keeps me drinking lots of water, and no worries on carbs, sugar or calories. Highly recommended.

I have tried two flavors now: Super Lemon Lime (now discontinued) and Fruit Punch.I base 3 stars on three factors: Flavor, Cost and Flavor at Room Temperature.Flavor.Of course you can control the amount of flavor you use based on how much you squeeze into the water. If I follow the directions, it is not quite sweet enough for me. When flavored enough - it is okay. Not bad - not great - but I was changing to be healthier so the flavor difference isn't that big a deal to me.Flavor at Room Temperature.Most of the time I drink it cold. But I like the option of drinking it whenever - which means it will at times be room temperature. This tastes TERRIBLE at room temperature. It tastes like you are drinking aftertaste.Cost.The company recommends a "two second squeeze" per serving. A serving is used in 8 ounces of water. Virtually all bottles of water are at least twice that. Even the small bottles of "Gatorade" are twelve ounces. It is virtually impossible to "time" the squeezes right. Nevertheless, these bottle cost roughly $4-6 each. They claim that you get twelve servings per bottle. Assuming that is true - that is roughly six bottles of water per one bottle of Stur. For me, it takes about 5 seconds worth to flavor the water to the level I would like. But lets stick with their numbers. Using a 16 ounce bottle that is six bottles of flavored water per bottle of stur. That works out to about $.70 - $1.00 per bottle PLUS the cost of the water if you buy prebottled water. Let's use a round number of $1.00 per bottle INCLUDING the cost for the water. A 16 ounce bottle of water costs .16 per ounce.Because Gatorade (use anything you want to compare) comes in different bottle sizes it is best to calculate cost per ounce. At SAM's Gatorade costs roughly .03 per ounce - this makes Stur CRAZY expensive. You can buy 5.3 times as much Gatorade as Stur for the same money.For me it's way too expensive.

My family and I are obsessed with this water flavor. I try to avoid sugary drinks and sodas and be mindful of that but regular water is boring. This flavor is delicious.

This is typically my wifes favorite flavor but just received a box and it came out looking the color of weak tea vs light red. Wife wouldnt even taste it so i did and it tasted like something died in the mix. Hopefully they will replace it.

Great for flavoring water and is sodium free. Easy to slip on a purse or bag and carry with you!

I purchased the 5 pack for our family of 4 - who have been addicted to Propel. I have made it my mission to get them off of Propel and on to water with natural sweeteners - preferably with vitamins and totally natural - no chemicals. I stumbled on Stur and I will never turn back! Today my two boys and husband (very picky and very stubborn) all tried it, with various number of squirts and said it was equal OR better than Propel. In my book - total SUCCESS! 0 Sugar, 100% Vitamin C, Natural sugar- from Stevia - and it tastes pure, clean, and just enough flavor to enjoy drinking water. My boys and hubby went on to drink more and more water tonight - and well we finished a Stur bottle in one night! I have to see if they were over zealous, over experimental, and have to get the hang of it - remember they are coming over years of Propel use - and I am okay with an adjustment period where they need a few more squirts until they even out. It's natural, and better than any thing I have found on the shelf of the supermarket, I just wish I had found it sooner! - A happy mom of 3 very picky, stubborn and spoiled boys - that deserve the best!
