Really fun to make and directions pretty easyish. Super cute and the light adds such a nice ambiance. So many details and looks good in the back too. My granddaughter loved it so much-Harry Potter fan.

I have yet to get the battery to put inside this, but I am so pleased with the results. The direction Ms weren’t too hard to follow, but not for young kids. It does require some dexterity to make some of the miniature pieces. Certainly to pop them out of the wooden sheets required skill, and I did snap a couple of bits, but fortunately they could be glued back together.

The instructions are so easy to follow, it was so enjoyable to make and looks even better in real life than the picture on the website.The materials are all great quality and the glass jar & lights finish this off perfectly!

Bought this on a whim and really enjoyed making it, took me 18 hours over the course of a week. You really do need the fine tweezers and I used pva for the paper and UHU glue for the wood. You also need to buy the correct battery which is CR927 and can be bought from Amazon. I have bought a couple more to be getting on with.

I bought this for my daughter, she did it in a day, but she’s very good at it!
