I bought my 14" evolution dry cut years back and absolutely love it. I would safely say the original blade did hundreds if not thousands of cuts on square tubing,round tubing, wood anything that I could fit in it. After a few years it was time for a new blade so I ordered the same one that came with it. I only got about 15 cuts through 1x2 16ga tubing and the carbide has essentially dessentigrated off the teeth. The saw never jambed or skipped just stopped cutting. I will be returning this one and trying another and will adjust my review if this one last like it should but im highly disappointed. I've put the original blade back in and though it leaves some burs, im able to keep going on my project.

Thought I might need a more powerful saw. Naw just needed a new blade. Works so much batter.

Not a bad blade for back up

These work great with the evolution’s line of saws. My first one lasted over a year with hundreds of cuts. I’ve cut everything from thin square tubing to 2x2 square stock. The blade does not last as long when cutting very thick stock or thick tubing, but I cut my fair share of that stuff, and it still lasted over a year. The tungsten teeth do chip and fly off toward the end, so when you start seeing missing teeth, it’s definitely time to replace it. WARNING: does not work well with other cut off saws that run around 4000 rpm. These blades run at much lower rpm.

It’s a decent blade, my Dewalt circular saw may be underpowered for it. It was somewhat slow to cut and I just ended up using an angle grinder. Cuts seemed pretty clean but make sure you wear some ear protection! Good product just make sure you have a quite powerful saw.

They don't stay sharp very long.

I made less than 40 cuts on some Cold Rolled Steel tubing, 2 inch X 2 inch X .065" thickness, and the blade wouldn't cut anymore. The carbide teeth were chipping. I cut very slowly to keep this from happening, but to no avail.

Cannot use this product as Amazon advertised it with an evolution saw along with another blade. I ordered the saw and the extra two blades on the 5th June 2021. I received only the two add on blades on the 8th June. I was promised the actual saw which fits the promised saw to be received by me on the 26th July 2021. On the 26th June I received an email from Amazon stating the saw was no longer available and they would process a refund. When I look into my Amazon account under orders I cannot find the order for the saw only the blades despite having paid for the three items. I have now looked into Amazon's products for sale and I find the said saw but at a greater price. I cannot use the blades without the saw. My question is " was the actual saw at the advertised price, ever available' I am very disturbed at this type of selling. And my window to return the two blades closed on the 8th July 2021. I've had two of these. I threw the first one away after thinking it was dull when it probably wasn't. It's quite important to note that the blade can appear to have worn out if you cut a lot of less dense stone. I used it to cut 20 sandstone steps and it really felt like it had given up the ghost. After cutting a few bits of slate and quartz, it was back to normal again.

Very expensive in my opinion as unfortunately EVO make unusual measurements for their blades so are difficult to replace with cheaper alternatives. However- Bosch Professional 2608615032 ECO Universal Diamond Blade 300mm fits the EVO saw and they are more than half the price.

I've used this in an  Evolution EVOSAW180HD Industrial Steel Circular Saw  to cut aluminium sheet (around 1.5 to 2.5mm). Cuts smoothly, with no vibration and virtually burr-free. Good blade just need to know how to use blades correctly really.But the machine blew up so couldn’t test it to the end.
