This is the best cornmeal ever! If you're eating organic, you know you don't have to worry about pesticides and fertilizers coming through the plant into the food. This cornmeal is pure and it is totally GOOD!!!

I bought this for GF cornbread muffins. It works like a charm!

It's relatively easy to find organic cornmeal, but it's difficult to find cornmeal that is organic AND gluten free. The product arrived quickly & in great condition. I have baked cornbread with it & it was excellent. The volume of cornmeal was less than I anticipated, but that is my fault for ordering only 1 16-oz bag. In the past, I ordered a different brand in bulk (6 12-oz bags) & I only used 1 or 2 bags before the others expired 2 months after I ordered them.

This was a great gluten free option. Loved the texture it has. Not as grainy as other brands which made for a smoother texture product

I bought this to make gluten free corn casserole for a holiday meal and I received so many compliments that it was the best corn casserole they ever had.

Bought this organic cornmeal for my baby chicks. I received it on time but there was a hole in the bag and cornmeal everywhere. Box was not damaged so I assume the bag was damaged before shipment. I will still use for the babies but not impressed with how it arrived.Update: was contacted by the seller and they are sending a new bag free of charge. The chicks think it's the best treat so they will be thrilled that more is on the way.
