I can't tell you how happy I am with these anchors. For decades we would hold the boards next to the window and screw them into the wall. From now on I will have the anchors in the wall and quickly put the plywood on the anchor and secure them with the wing nuts. It makes the process so much faster, I am so happy with this kit. However made it, thank you!!!!

Easy to use

The tapcon screws were high quality. But, the provided drill bit size seemed to be a bit-too-small for the anchor. At least that was my experience with stucco. I never could get the tapcon to screw into the wall on the first try. Even after drilling and blowing out the hole, I would have to ream the hole many additional times before the tapcon would go in all the way. Afterwards 80% of the time the tapcon bit was then stuck on the end of the tapcon anchor. On several occasions I needed a hammer to whack the screw from the bit - several whacks before the tapcon screw released. I finally got all tapcons installed. A pain.

Fasteners are too large for included drill bit. Included bit gets stuck on fasteners. I had to use a hammer and vice to remove it from the first fastener. complete crap do not buy.

I just got around to installing these and not all the hardware is present. Missing drill bit, screws, and driver. Unfortunately my window to return has passed. Guess I have no choice but to eat it.
