Can you use it by the radiator

Never use foam around radiator. No foam is fire rated (even if it says it is) use fire caulk or putty around radiator.

What is in this product that keeps mice from chewing through it?

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question. Just fyi, I bought this product, and I believe it does work, but it is messy if you don't know how to use. I bought another can, but have yet to use it. I feel your pain when it comes to the mouse situation. Good luck.

Right out of the can it sticks to surfaces. Once it dries it' s like hard styrofoam and not sticky.

Can i use this in between wires i have around. i mean i have wires going thru walls and there are holes, can i use it on wires?

You can certainly use it to fill holes around wires. I have done this on several occasions.
