When this arrived I had such high hopes that it would do something, anything, to help quell my anxiety. But, basically it looks like you are wearing a dog whistle around your neck, and you are blowing through a straw. If you have the mindset to will it to work maybe it can. Like the placebo effect. For me, it was a waste of money.

Stooped smoking now trying to get off vape. Seems it may help. Need to have bit longer chain and no chain thru hole on neck. Will look for better one

I am pregnant and found myself very sensitive to the metallic taste. I had tp switch to a bamboo version. If you aren't sensitive to metal taste I do recommend, as it's very nice looking, and quality.

It's literally just a tube. It doesn't slow down your breathing, it's not special, it's just a metal straw.

Faith is a good thing. If this helps my granddaughter to feel better then it is well worth the price.
