I got this for zooming with a screen reader called JAWS I found out that you have to go in the computer and work the settings for each volume separately because once it’s plugged in. You can’t adjust the screen readers volume and the volume to the headset by using each one’s controls Some people may not mind this, but I do if there’s volumes on the headset I expect them to work and not interrupt my volume to my screen reader debating whether to keep them or not also do not like what’s around on the ears Not sure if I’m going to keep them or not not real satisfied especially for the cost

Update 10/25/19: The mic issue remained and they will be sending me a new headset. I can't believe it's still under warranty. This company really backs-up their product.Update 10/24/19: I called the customer service phone number and they are going to trouble shoot the headset tomorrow with me, and if we can fix it, they said they'll replace it for free. Now THAT is great customer service! I will give them 5 stars if they come through.10/19: Lasted ONE year only. Are great when they are working, but then the microphone just QUIT working WHILE I was on a conference call, for NO reason.

very good purchase, I wasn't sure since I had never heard of this brand...I am hard on a headset, use it daily, constantly taking it on and off. So far this has held up well, sound quality is good. For the price I think this is an excellent buy. I have gone thru other name brands quickly that do not do as well as this one! I work in computer industry so please take my recommendation as it is meant. No, they did not pay me to write this, honest!

Bought this to use with Skype for Business and Vidyo on my MacBook Pro, but there was so much static and feedback no one could make out what I was saying. Didn't provide any noise cancellation at all -- either on the headset itself or through the computer settings. The volume buttons on the headset didn't work either -- didn't adjust the volume up or down. Am returning for refund.

Very comfortable, quality headset for the money. Was easy to sync up with my computer. Was delivered quickly and in good condition. Looking forward to hours of service from this product.

Great USB soft phone headset. It is easy to put on and off. The volume is easy to control and the other party can hear me clearly. It also works very well on the temples instead of the ears.

Great sound. I use it for counseling practice session on Skype and it works like a charm!
