Pros:-Good hydraulics and easy adjustmentGood cushionHeadrest has tilt functionEasy to assembleGreat customer support. My lumbar support was broken in shipping and they responded quickly to resolve it.Cons:-Hard armrest and has no cushion.Armrest is not adjustable.

Solid chair, though handrests could be comfier.
I bought this chair recently, and it's good overall. It looks nice and feels strong. Setting it up was easy, and the adjustable height is helpful.The seat is comfy, but the handrests are a bit hard. I wish there was some cushion for more comfort. Still, it's a good chair for the price.

Good quality and comfortable
I am being using this chair from past 3 months. It was quite easy to assemble this chair. It is quite comfortable and with good quality. Anybody can go with this chair without giving any second thought.

Not worth the price
The media could not be loaded. Pros:It's very flexible and easy to move around.The wheels and the base are good quality.The hydraulic also works very well.The arm rest does the job. But, feels plasticky and not very smooth in adjusting the height.Customer support is good.What I don't like:I'm very disappointed with the cushion. There are not up to the mark and does not provide much comfort.The lower back support causes more discomfort than any help even after adjusting. Same with the neck support.The neck support doesn't fit well.
