Great Product
Been taking a bath with these salts every day after giving birth. Makes my lady bits feel so much better after each use. Don’t know how I’d be surviving the recovery time without this.

Great for post-partum care. The sitz bath was super helpful. And the bath salts were relaxing the aroma wasn’t too strong, just right!

Lovely Sets & Specific Uses Are Just Suggestions
Though this set is billed as being for postpartum uses, don't let that limit you to using these only for that reason. They are also great to use for full body bathing or for soaking the feet. Whatever all you might use such salts for. They come in 3 beautiful scents. Though each package notes a specific use, that's because those particular scents work especially good for those reasons. Again, you can use them however you wish. All 3 smell very nice.Soothing and also help to moisturize the skin. Will also help to detox the body from impurities. As simple as they are, they are extremely good for cleansing the body, be it concentrated for just one body part, or to use in a tub for a whole body experience.

Smells terrible
Every single scent in this multi-pack smells absolutely terrible. The Epsom salt still does its job, but I can hardly deal with the smell. I have to pair it with a bath bomb just to tolerate it.

Not just for new moms
Sure, a sitz bath in the tub is great for a new mom who just delivered and needs a little soothing relief and cleansing, but this delightful set of bath salts can be used by anyone! Each 2 pound bag is filled with scented bath salt crystals and generate lovely relaxation and incredible aroma while you soak away your stress, worries, and sore muscles. The base ingredient is Epsom salt with added essential oils and vitamin C. The scents are: Frankincense, Lavender, Geranium, Chamomile, Lemon, Juniper, and Niaouli. Run a tub of warm water and add about 1/2 to 1 cup of the salts and enjoy! If you want to use as a foot soak or in a smaller amount of water, the ratio is 1-2 tablespoons per gallon of water. There are no fillers or other nasty added ingredients so you will not have to worry about sensitivity or other reactions.I love a hot bath for many reasons, and these scents and the salts make it so delightful.

Awesome scents!
I love a good epsom salt bath, and after I had my son I took many sitz baths. These all smell SO good!! I’m currently doing detox baths a few times a week, and going through epsom salt like crazy. These have instructions on the back for both a sitz or regular bath.So far my favorite one is the Juniper and Niaouli (Do they mean Neroli?!). It smells really fresh, green, and slightly floral. The salts dissolve quickly and easily. I add about a cup to a full bath tub and relax for a good 20-30 minutes. Helps my muscles relax and I get a much more restful sleep.Highly recommend it! Hope this helps. 😉

I like it...
I am not a post pregnancy woman. In fact, I'm a guy. I do like using Epsom salts for a homemade weed killer I make. I have two dogs and can't use normal weed killers like Weed B Gone. But, the weeds don't care and keep coming. Epsom salt mixed with vinegar and some dish washing liquid makes and excellent weed killer. Epsom salts work better than other salts because they dissolve better in the vinegar. Also, scented Epsom salts like this actually make the smell tolerable and do a great job of covering up the vinegar smell. I tried the Lavender bag and it worked great. The 3 bags in this set will last a long time too. Overall, I am really happy with them.

Three two-pound bags
The size of the bags was not clear to me, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received three 2-pound bags. These bags will last a long time. The salts are Epsom salts that are good for sore muscles, with essential oils that make them smell nice. My favorite is Juniper; it smells very refreshing. The bags have zip locks. The salts often clump together when I keep them in the bathroom, and the zip locks are not working well. So far, so good, but it usually takes a month or two for the problem to surface.Ali Julia reviewReview of Better Bath Postpartum Bath Bundles
