Despite featuring Noah’s ark on the cover, there wasn’t a single colouring page for Noah’s ark! There were instead *4* pictures of Elisha recovering an axe head and another 4 about getting water out of the rock. Completely unbalanced and poor book!

My son loved coloring each of the pages. I would read him a Bible story while he colored. Great activity for us to spend quality time together.

Easy for kids to read

This colour in book has so much detail & the pictures are east to colour in & understand. Highly recommended

Good quality and nice pictures

I bought this coloring book to supplement our homeschool weekly Bible lessons. The curriculum I use has a coloring page for each main story, but not for the accompanying devotional for the rest of the week. I ordered this hoping it would have pages filling in details deeper than the typical “title page” most books offer. This book did not disappoint. There are four pages just for Cain/Abel… and each story included has several different pages with accompanying verses. Yes, it’s got a page of Cain hitting Abel with a rock. It’s a true story about what happened when people forget God and let jealousy take over in their minds. It’s something we want to caution our children against while they’re young so they learn concepts and habits like forgiveness and self control. I like that each coloring page is its own with the story label and scripture references on the back. I wish there were even more pages and stories included, but that isn’t a criticism- it’s just because I love the book so much and the pages give us opportunity to talk about the stories. More stories would just mean more talking. I took the time to write this review because I noticed the back of the book advertising the NT version and I had to have it. Thank you for a great resource!
