There is quite a list of ingredients but it does not say vegan anywhere. It is a very soft moisturizing cream, pleasant scent, pleasing consistency. For the price I like it very much. Says it is hydrating, brightening and anti-aging

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?

I would say yes. It does have a long list of ingredients but is very soft and moisturizing. I have older thin skin and I do like to use it. It smells very nice and goes on smoothly. And it's PINK :):) I have used it for some time with no problems. I actually have 3 stocked up so I don't run out anytime soon. For the price I would say try it.
