The product is great but the purchase was returne!
The product was obviously previously purchased and opened! It did not come in a box, sealed but as a stand alone and leaking! I have used product before and it is great but I won’t keep or use anything that is not sealed or tampered with.

Half full Container
The Mask container arrived half full. I'm not a happy customer.

Not completely sure this is the real stuff.
I usually order this direct from the company. But because it comes from England, postage is high and delivery time is not quick. It came all taped up. And the feel of the cream does not seem the same. It still works fine. But still not sure.

Expected more
Expected it to be more conditioning. The smell is “old lady like”, if you know what I mean. Heavily fragrant but not in a clean way. The product was damaged. I returned for a replacement. Wish I had just passed on it.

I have about 95% white hair. It started this way from since I was 16 yrs old. This is the best thing ever. I let my hairdresser use it for my hair. ALL EYES WERE ON ME AT THE BEAUTY SALON TILL NOW, ALONG WITH TREMENDOUS COMPLIMENTS. Thank you so very much. 😁

Used; 1/2 empty container; scratched messy lid, in a plastic baggy
Product container was scratched, messy with product, in a plastic bag and only 1/2 full container please see the 4 attached pictures. Will not order again; will find another way to purchase. Second time this happened, I did not complain the first time, chalked it up to bad luck. Shame on me, this was expensive for the mess I received.

Lovely conditioning mask
I have very curly hair which is very dry. I have tried so many products and this mask really does leave my curls feeling soft and silky and reduces the frizz.

For the price this product is super small. 100ml for £14!!I will be returning this product immediately and unless you have money to burn, don't buy it.
