Take the worry out
I am 120 lbs, 5’1” and will not use tampons. There is nothing worse than trying to shove a giant pad in between your thighs. Let’s just state the obvious, the pad is going to fold and bunch up and shift and there’s nothing worse than having a pad bunch up your butt. So what first led me to these is that I’m not totally convinced yet I want to wear washable period panties because of the chemically treated absorbency inserts. I will have to dig into that more before I decide. But I wanted to feel 100% confident when I slept and moved around that I wouldn’t have to freak out and wake up because I leaked onto the sheets. So I bought these and wow I found my answer. If you can get past the fact that yes they look like incontinence underwear I’d rather wear these than have a giant cotton stick inside me soaked in blood which so many people do even at night. So then I was like screw it I’m wearing these to work under my jeans and to the gym under my GymShark leggings. Guess what no one can tell. They are completely smooth. So when I do burpees or stand up and sit down on my bike in spin class I don’t have to worry anymore that my pad is going to shift to the side. My period flow has fluctuated based on my exercise, stress, sleep and diet but in the last few years it’s typically been 5-7 days medium. But here’s a secret for you. If you take L-Theanine/Suntheanine it will lighten up your period tremendously. L-Theanine is just an amino acid derived from the green tea family for stress. You can’t overdose, it’s just like drinking a lot of tea, and no it’s not caffeinated. No one knows this secret. One thing I will be emailing the brand - If they could consider creating a design where the panties could be removed and put on without removing your pants. Like a side diagonal adhesion. This was not an incentivized review.

Irritation Free, Itch Free, Very Comfortable!!!
I started out using Always ZZZ Overnight Disposable Period Underwear but I had an allergic reaction to the material or dye. Then I tried Always Discreet but they didn't fit properly and were itchy in the leg of the butt area. I've been on a journey to eliminate products with tons of chemicals and I stumbled upon these at Target one day and gave them a try. I had previously tried tampons by this brand but they were too hard ouch, but its 100% cotton so I took the chance and fell in love. I wear them under certain clothes because you can see the texture through many fabrics; jeans work best.-Very Absorbent. No longer have ruined clothing or linens-Thick enough for heavy bleeding, but moisture is still felt not too bad if its not clots.-No adhesive-Reasonably priced being that they are 100% cotton-Very Durable can be worn for 8+ hours depending on flow (Not recommended do to hygiene)

Trusted Overnight Period Protection
I keep these in stock!! My favorite overnight protection item for use during my period. I have yet to experience a leak overnight and don’t have to obsess through the night if I move around in my sleep. I’m a heavy bleeder, cannot wear an ultra tampon or menstrual disc/cup at night because they will leak after 4 hours for me, but these disposable underwear keep me fully protected. The absorbent layer goes all the way from front waist band to the back waistband, which is longer than most period panties. They are more comfortable to me than traditional depends or always branded period underwear. Give them a try!

Love love love !
I was a bit hesitant to buy disposable underwear before my open myomectomy, let’s be honest, the idea felt like a lot to deal with. But I’m so glad I did! I didn’t know how my mobility would be post-op, how much discharge to expect, how swollen I’d feel, or how I’d handle fluids and everything else after surgery.Girl, let me tell you… these were the best thing I could’ve bought. They are so soft, super comfy, and amazingly absorbent. I felt clean and supported during such a difficult time. Thank you for making this product available! From now on, I’m getting these for my regular period too.

Amazing comfort for recovery after surgery
I bought these to wear during my recovery after laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis and this was without a doubt the best purchase I made in preparation for surgery. These are veeery light and stretchy and go right over my bloated belly and incisions. They sit 1-2 inches above my belly button. They provide my incisions with some protection yet are so soft and light I don’t really feel them. Finding options that were made of organic cotton was also very important to me because I have sensitive skin in all the ways and normal period products and synthetic fabrics irritate my skin and give me rashes. I’ve been wearing these disposable underwears by Rael for about a week day and night since my surgery and they have been amazing at keeping things breathable and irritation-free for my skin—no sweating, itching or rashes. I also love that the padding goes all the way from the back opening to the front opening and is well-designed to catch any leaks from any sides so I haven’t had to worry at all. The only thing is that I don’t know how these would look or fit under pants since I’ve only been wearing them under t-shirt dresses and gowns with nothing else for bottoms. However, I think it’s best to not wear pants for a while after giving birth or having pelvic surgery for a while anyway!

Go up a size or 2 if you've gained lots of weight.
Super absorbant! I don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper. They're not too thick but very sturdy. I'm 2 days PP and have not had any leaks. I just wish I had gotten a size up. They don't shift around at all. I'm not sure if getting a bigger size would have affected that. Only 4 stars because is the reason why I say to PROBABLY get a size up or 2. They have a decent stretch but no stretch around the leg holes. I'm dealing with edema (swelling) still and it feels like these diaper/underwear are digging into me when I sit down. Also, when I bought these I wasnt struggling with swelling, if I was I would've gotten a size maybe 2 sizes bigger. I wish I could give 5 stars but I really wish there would be some sort of stretch around the legs. Ouch! So maybe it's just a me problem.
