Good value as it is very durable (we lost ours somewhere - lol!). It cleans easily if you clean after each use.

This little add on corrects a problem that I wish Blackstone would have addressed when they made the griddle. I also wish it had come as an accessory originally. It works as advertised and has alleviated grease spills on my patio. It took some massaging to get it to fit but i consider it minor in comparison to the benefit of having it on my griddle.

This is my second purchase of this item. Unfortunately, I don’t know what happened to my first one. I was doing a major cleaning of the griddle top and base and took mine off and cannot remember what I did with it. Glad that they still make these!

A mod needs a mod...really! Not a impressed at all with this! This modification would not even fit on my griddle even after trying to hammering it on! This s was a total waste and of money and unfortunately I purchased (2) of these, one for my griddle and one for my parents! Not impressed or satisfied at all!Update: I decided to change my review from 1 star to 3 stars due to even though it doesn’t fit properly it does work!

If you have the Blackstone 36" Griddle and the drain is on the front side, you NEED this Modification. There is a design flaw in the griddle itself. The grease will not go into the grease trap but down the leg of the griddle.Before sliding this on the griddle, test the Modification, it may need to be adjusted, but that is easy, simply squeeze the sides together and adjust until it stay on. Works great and no mess. I highly recommend.If you buy the cover, both cloth or metal for the griddle, this will still fit on the griddle itself. No need to take it off, but to clean it when done.

I bought this about a year ago and left the package lay around without opening it until recently. Once I did open it and tried it I could've kicked myself for not using it for so long. Its a simple solution, took about 3 seconds to install and works great. Depending on which way I have my griddle sitting the front grease tray can be in various incline/decline angles and this works well for any of them. If you have the older style Blackstone Griddle this is a must have.
