How do I use the Prolon FMD?

The kit contains five daily boxes with food, beverages, and supplements listed on the included meal card. You can choose the order you eat each day’s items, but don’t move items between days: each day’s plan is calibrated to support cellular renewal.

How does the FMD renew my cells?

Prolon is designed to activate autophagy, the body’s natural cellular cleanup and repair process. Its scientifically designed foods maintain a fasting state while the body breaks down and recycles damaged components to support energy and cell growth.

What happens during the FMD cycle?

Prolon provides daily nourishment while supporting fasting: Day 1, transition; Day 2, ketosis; Day 3, autophagy; Day 4, cellular rejuvenation; Day 5, deep renewal. Reintroduce food gradually on Day 6 and return to your normal diet gradually by Day 7.

Will I lose weight on the program?

Prolon targets visceral fat while protecting muscle. Users lose about 5 pounds on average after one cycle, with a 1.5-inch waist reduction after three cycles. Results can vary and can be an added benefit of a program focused on cellular rejuvenation.

What are the food pathways affected by Prolon?

Prolon and fasting down-regulate IGF-1, mTOR, and PKA. PKA responds mainly to sugar and carbohydrates, IGF-1 to protein, and mTOR to IGF-1 and amino acids. These pathways help regulate cell growth and the stress-resistant cellular fasting state.
