Pure Soft Lead Ingots | 5 Pounds

I use these ingots to cast musket balls for my uncle's muzzle loader and they do the job just fine, just remember to wear safety glasses when casting lead.

My husband was very impressed by these! He bought some that was suppose to be better than these that I bought and he said there was almost nothing for the extra debris after melting! (There’s always a little bit since it’s hard to get everything out) so he was so impressed and will be buying again from this company!! Well worth the money!

It's pure lead so there is no tin or antimony present. Melting point is spot on and it's so easy to pour when hot.

This lead melted the way I expected. I checked the weight with a digital kitchen scale and it was just a little off, but I had more than enough for my project. Any more would have been would have been wasted anyway. As a raw elemental material, there’s not much to write about

I was able to pour hundreds of jigs with this 5 pounds of lead. Fairly pure, although anything I've ever bought has slag, this was as good or better than most.

It melted well but contained more slag than other companies I’ve used. Had to scoop it off multiple times and I never overheated the lead.

It's exactly as advertised 5 lb of lead bars granted the bars you receive may vary in the size of the bars but it will equal to 5 lb you may get half pound bars and some one pound bars.
