This is without a doubt one of the greatest books about redfoot tortoises.It also includes sections about cherryheaded tortoises. Its not a book that treats us tortoises lovers as novices.

Nice book for the beginner. Great pictures too. Not much depth but for it's good for quick information.

Comprehensive guide for new or experienced red foot owners. Covers diet, health and husbandry in a handy, easy to read reference. The best all-around guide I've found.

This book is fantastic. I refer to it almost daily. I have never owned a tortoise before and this book has been able to answer every question that I have.

Good overview of the two species and their care. Some of the information is repeated but I think that was done to drive important ideaa home.

Good book with good tips on every topic regarding the ever-loved redfoot. I was trying to learn as much as possible in a short time due to 2 redfoots needing a lot of help. This is a good book to have in my collection. I have referred back to it more than once. Highly recommend.

Dabei bekommt der Leser trotz alledem viel Hintergrundwissen vermittelt. Schade, dass es kein ähnlich kurzweiliges Buch zur Köhlerschildkröte in deutscher Sprache gibt...
