These mirrors did the trick. I got them for safety, but they look cool also. (Edit) I have had them over a year. I tried to straddle my bike on a sharply inclined road, my foot hit a sandy spot-- long story shortened, I broke off my mirror when I fell over. I am ordering a new one because I like them. Actually two, one for a scooter.
